BOOKING POLICY
✅Login to your account on Gymdesk and pre-book your place in the class that you will attend
✅Evening classes must be reserved by 3pm on the day
✅Afternoon classes must be reserved by 11pm night before.
✅Classes must have a minimum of six participants to go ahead
✅If there are insufficient participants the class will be cancelled.
✅If a class is cancelled and you had booked in for it, you will receive email notification of the cancellation.
✅If you can’t make it, cancel on the app to let us know.

All classes on our timetable take place at Unit 9b Cleveragh Business Centre (You know, the place that has Happy Days play center, Ballast Signs and Abbey Foods!)
